Admission and meeting the costs.

The OCM Rehabilitation Clinic Munich South is a specialist clinic for orthopaedic follow-up treatment and is franchised according to § 30 of the German Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act. It is subject to supervision by the Starnberg health authority. The clinic has a contract pertinent to § 111, volume V of the German Social Security Code and fulfils the requirements of a mixed hospital as defined by § 4, paragraph 5 MB/KK (Musterbedingungen zur Krankheitskostenvollversicherung, model conditions for complete health insurance costs) of private health insurances.

The clinic fulfils the requirements of § 107, volume V of the German Social Security Code and is eligible for subsidies according to § 7 of the benefits ordinance. In all cases a written cost agreement is required before beginning treatment. The cost agreements are requested by social services of clinic for acute cases.
